About Caroline McCallum

Caroline joined Threepwood Consulting in September 2025 as our Project Administrator.

Her role is focused on providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of business processes. She coordinates meetings, prepares materials, takes accurate minutes, and tracks actions and deadlines. Caroline also manages travel arrangements and other logistics, helping our staff make the best use of their time.

In addition, she supports our training business by booking venues, managing course registrations, and ensuring events run successfully for attendees. She plays an active role in keeping our procedures and documentation accurate and up to date, contributing to the quality and efficiency of our work.
